30-day returns on unused gear in original packaging.
How it works
Email service@getbackyarding.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll send a return authorization and instructions.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Original shipping is refunded only on defective items.
Freight returns
Freight items carry return freight costs and a maker restocking fee where applicable — we'll quote it before you commit.
Non-returnable
Opened fuel, rubs, and sauces can't be returned for food-safety reasons.
