Free standard shipping on orders over $89 within the contiguous United States. Big cookers ship by curbside freight — here's exactly what that looks like, start to finish, so nothing about delivery day is a surprise.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Freight costs, where the maker charges them, are shown at checkout before you pay — never billed afterward.
Curbside freight, step by step
1. The maker builds and crates it
Most live-fire cookers are welded to order by small American shops. The lead time shown on the product page is that maker's current build window — we email you the moment your cooker is crated and picked up.
2. It moves by freight, not parcel
Your cooker travels strapped to a pallet on a freight truck. You get a pro number (the freight tracking number) and the carrier's direct phone line as soon as it ships.
3. The carrier calls you to schedule
Freight is delivered by appointment, not dropped on the porch. The carrier calls the phone number on your order to book a window, usually two to four hours on a weekday. Answer that call — most delays are missed voicemails.
4. Curbside delivery and inspection
The driver lowers the pallet to the end of your driveway with a lift gate. Walk the crate before you sign: punctures, crushed corners, shifted banding, bent legs. Photograph anything that looks wrong and write it on the delivery receipt.
What we need from you
- Someone 18 or older has to be home to receive and sign for freight.
- Give us the best mobile number at checkout — the carrier calls it to schedule.
- Plan how the pallet gets from the curb to the patio: a second set of hands, a furniture dolly, or straps. Standard freight is curbside only.
- Clear a path and check gate widths before delivery day; a crated 48-inch grill is wider than a doorway.
- Keep the crate intact until you've inspected it. Photos of undamaged packaging help just as much as photos of damage.
If something arrives damaged
Write the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign — even "crate crushed, corner dented" is enough. A clean signature makes a freight claim far harder to win. Photograph the packaging before you open it, then the item, and email us the same day with your order number. We file the claim with the maker and the carrier, and you get repair parts or a replacement at no cost.

Orders ship direct from the maker's shop, so a multi-item order can arrive in more than one delivery. We ship anywhere in the 50 states; Alaska and Hawaii are quoted by email because carriers price them individually. We don't ship to freight forwarders.
