Returns and warranty
What if my order arrives damaged?
Note the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, photograph it, and email us the same day. Freight claims are straightforward when the damage is recorded at delivery.
Inspect the crate or box with the driver still there. Look for punctures, crushed corners, bent legs through the packaging and broken banding.
If anything looks wrong, write it on the delivery receipt before signing — even a short note like "crate crushed, corner dented" is enough. A clean signature makes a freight claim much harder to win.
Photograph the packaging before you open it, then the item itself, and email the photos with your order number the same day.
We handle the claim with the maker and the carrier. You get a repair, replacement parts, or a full replacement depending on what happened — at no cost to you.
