Returns and warranty
What's your return policy?
Thirty days. If it isn't right for your yard, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll walk you through the return. Items come back by mail or freight in original packaging; return shipping is the customer's cost unless the item arrived damaged or defective, and some freight items carry a maker restocking fee we quote before you commit.
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered. Email service@getbackyarding.com with your order number and what you'd like to do, and we'll send return instructions and an address — don't ship anything back before you have them.
Items need to come back unused and in their original packaging. A grill that's been fired is no longer returnable, so unbox and check the fit before you light it.
Return shipping is the customer's cost on a change-of-mind return. If the item arrived damaged, defective or simply isn't what we listed, we cover the return and the replacement.
Some freight cookers carry a maker restocking fee. We always quote that number to you in writing before you commit to the return, so there are no surprises on the refund.
Refunds go back to the original payment method once the item is inspected at the maker's dock, typically within a few business days of arrival.
